From there, enjoy a scenic drive to the enchanting colonial city of Antigua Guatemala, nestled in the highlands about an hour away (traffic permitting).

The drive from Panajachel to the airport typically takes around 3 to 3.5 hours, offering scenic glimpses of Guatemala’s lush landscapes along the way.
